Title: Cellulosic browning ?

we cleaned some carpets the other day, they were dark in colour and i think an 80/20 wool mix, I got a p0honecall from the client today ssaying that when the carpet dried out a yellowish stain has appeared in the carpet.
i must admitt i have never had a problem like this before ! could this be cellulosic browning and how could i rectifie the problem ? regards Stuart Clark
