Title: End of tennancy clean

Had a letting agency phone me up today and asked me how much to clean the windows outsides only on a two bed semi. I said twelve pounds they laughed and said thats too cheap charge at least twenty five pounds. So I did. Seems to be another avenue to explore I think.

for this kind of work £25 is standard

Go into all your local estate agents or letting agents and let them know that you offer this service,i must admit i steer clear of this type of work these days,it`s a bit like shops they can be disloyal and it can sometimes take a while to get paid.But don`t let that put you off if you could do with the work,do a good job and you might end up getting all of there end of tenancy cleans just try and come to an arrangment about getting paid without having to wait weeks on end.
