Just been to price a builders clean, looked like a troublesome one where you are hoovering carpets as they are laid because the place opens for business in 10 minutes, building work not perfect, lots of splatters.
Rather than be ignorant and not quote because i really didn't want it i put a silly price in and bloody well got it anyway.
Monday will be a bad day whinging at painters.
Tuesday, treat myself to some posh golf course.

us welsh will never get rich before the geordies, we dont have a clue about pricing hehe

Going the van route myself mate.
I have always managed with a big estate !

Do vans come in full leather ?

leather wouldnt suit your eyes mate.

anyway things are going great now i think,  im quiting my full time job next week,  got 2mnths work on the books floor sanding mainly but hey whose arguing , anyway i'll send them pics soon,
