hi guys on ur public n employees libility ins policys should it state that ur ar coverd for ladder work n wfp work . i mean like in writing to show commercial customers etc.know that u are covered  .its just that i had my policy through today .but their is nothing .in writing to show my customers in simple wording that i am coverd as such . tacky gwent wales

im with Zurich and on the certificate it says no more then 3 floors when using ladders and no more then 5 floors when using reach and wash system

Think mine says upto 5th floor but no mention of ladders or wfp.

thanks for the replys   its just that the guy on the phone said we coverd up to 10mtrs .but these nothing put in writing .i e mailed company n said if this is not put on policy i will have to cancel it . have i done right or wrong . tacky gwent wales
