Post by: joe.b on June 27, 2007, 07:12:37 pm
hey everyone ive had a customer ask for their carpets to be cleaned, i do everything else except this, i was wondering if the wet extraction hoover i have got will work? it is a cream coloured carpet and is in fair condition, has got a couple of stains like paint and hair dye. any help appreciated. there is three main areas, a room 11ft 11 by 11ft 3, a 6ft 3 by 7ft 5 room, a 4 sq foot landing and some stairs.

thanks

I wouldnt touch it i were you with the type of machine you are describing..you are asking for trouble. The paint and hair dye will have to be treated seperately with appropriate soulutions.

The best advice is to sub it out to a pro. Please dont take that the wrong way but your wet vac will not be up to the task, plus the stains you describe will need to be treated professionally.

Sub the work out to a c/c, if u clean other things the c/c will sub work back to you keep both happy.
