Title: THINKING OF SELLING UP

I am thinking of possibly selling my contract cleaning business which is based in Plymouth I have got approx  £100k worth of contracts at present with the scope for more. All contracts are less than 4 months old and are ongoing. I have been on this site for over 2 years and have got excellent staff in place.

  Just a thought - it might be better if you hire someone to take over as a manager and run things for you, this way you can still get a cut of the pie.

Even with a manager I would still have the paperwork to deal with so would prefer to sell it

A bit mor info need.

Are all contracts 4 months old as it sounds as if you have  a few contracts within your £100k turnover.?

'Scope for more' do you have more contracts that you could add to the package or your clients have expressed other possible works etc... etc...

An approx estimate of how much you want for this...etc...?
