Title: Pub cleans work availible
Post by: *paul_moss on June 23, 2007, 02:52:10 pm
I have some pub work to sub out for July.
It is for the smoking ban that kicks in on 1st July in England.

It works out at £500 per day and is in the following areas
Liverpool
St Helens
Warrington
Manchester
Bolton
Glossop
Buxton
Crewe

I would like cleaners with T/M or high powered portys.
You must have Liability insurance.
If any body is interested email me, paul@mosscleaning.co.uk
for more details.

Paul I remember a few months ago being a bit sarcastic about pub cleaning & the smoking ban, making out it was a bit of a white elephant and no one would pay to get rid of smoking smells.

looks like I'm eating humble pie :-\ :-\ :-\

glad to see you've got work from the new 'no smoking' law ;)

We have a customer who is a new starter. He has 6 pubs to do over the next 2 weeks. He's not cheap either.

He used to run a marketing company. Just shows the works there if you know how to get it.

John

Throwing him in at the deep end I like! Hopefully you trained him in the rocket science like wand technique, not many do that! :o

Paul

Been reliably informed DON’T! ;D

(When you next clean that same carpet with Blitz the pH will move further: to 7 or even 7.5. Maybe still no visible colour bleeding will occur. But the next time… bang, there it goes!) :-\ Don’t you just love gaffer tape on these jobs? >:(

Len   If Blitz isnt the product to use on these sort of jobs where speed is of the essence what would you use?   Can you really do a lot of damage to the carpet in such a small amount of time.

Thanks  John
