hi there i have an office cleaning contract who deal in computer maintainance, printers etc, anyway, they want their carpets cleaned but its fall of splashes on black, red ink stains on a green carpet.
Is there a chemcial that can get this ink out.

Hi,
Are they carpet tiles?
Are they bitumen backed?
if so Using solvents may damage the tiles.

cavanagh its very important to identify the carpet you are cleaning, as mentioned above if the tiles are bitumen backed then you cannot use solvents (except maybee gel's) solvents are found in most ink removal chemicals.  Also do you know the fibre, is it Nylon or Polypropalene?

hi, ye i understand that, think maybe i should get a contract carpet cleaner in to have a look at the carpet then, it babsically is standard floor tiled carpet which most large offices use that help? its been down for a bout 10 years.

AT solutions had the same problem a while ago I think he used low moisture granuals and eco spotter.
if you do asearch you might find it.
