If I bought a 35 ft pole what floor could I reach? When you give your answer please take the ground floor as first level, so 3rd floor would cover 4 levels (ground,1,2 and 3)
Thanks

I've worked at 4 floors high with a 36 foot pole. They seemed to be standard ceiling heights. Can't recall if their was any length to spare or not though.

A 35 ft pole should just reach standard height 4th level windows.

I regularly use a 42' for 3rd storey but they are high ceilings

I use a 32ft for three storey flats.

about 10ft per floor

Thanks all.

This had been quite handy as we are quoting on flats of 4 and 5 storey at moment. While ithought a 42ft would be ok we have decided that when the time comes just go for the 60 ft and have length left over.

I'm 6' 1'' tall and can reach a further 2' so with a 35' pole, I have found that I can clean windows that are 43' 1'' tall. ;D

So you stand against the wall and hold the pole vertical? ;D
