Chris, can you help me with a problem i have with My G5,

its like the spring between the handle and the bottom unit is too strong when I lower the handle the spring lifts the head off the floor. it is causing my G5 to just wheelie along the carpet, without the vacuum head touching the carpet.

any ideas?

Mike

ps; its been alright for 2 years and only started doing this last week

Absolutly right!

There is a switch the will toggle left to right at the rear and to the bottom of the handle. Switch that back and you will be able to get the handle right down again.

Many Thanks
