How big a ladder would i need to do first floor windows in a new built house

is it a one off job .if so im not sure .i use 3.5mtrs covers 99% of my work . if any one buys new ladders .a good tip is to order couple sets ofrubber feet same time .saves a lot of hassle later on

same here, 3.5mtr double covers all my trad jobs. get one with wide D-shaped rungs. mine's a LYTE, great ladder.
