Title: Three bedroom builders cleans

Guy's I've done loads of builders cleans on large places and I have been asked to do 3 x 3 bedroom houses, builders clean for outside windows only, what is the going rate for a 3 bedroom house?

I got 4 of them to do. Exept I have to do all inside and scrub bathroom and kitchen, hoover and mop etc. I will be getting £400 per house.

So maybe £70 you should charge?

Cheers, I haven't seen them yet but I had £50 for starters in my brain.
She's desperate to have them cleaned tomorrow so I may be able to push it up a bit higher.
