Where does everyone get their leaflets printed and at what price

I am going to do mine myself, have a good printer( their not that expensive )
And get my cartridges from cartridge world. The originals cost about £14.00 each but now they refill them for £6.00 each.

Have four flyers printed per A4 page, end up with more than a thousand per cartridge.
