Title: Which 300 GPD RO?
Post by: spotless2000 on June 14, 2007, 09:04:10 pm
I need to purchase a 300 GPD RO for a second operative.  I currently use the RO-MAN model and I'm very pleased with it.  I notice pure Freedom market a 300 GPD model.  Does anyone have any comments on which model I should purchase this time.  Who's got the best deal at the moment?

Cheers ;)

Steve

Hi Steve.

I can't comment on the RO-MAN one coz I,ve never seen one.

I have the Pure Freedom 300GPD one though and I am very pleased with it. I am decent but not great water pressure and get around 98% TDS reduction and always have plenty of water to spare. I produce into a 1000 litre IBC and draw off 400 to 500 ltrs a day. Waste to pure is around 1 to 1. It was dead easy to set up coz they send them out fully assembled.  They are selling some on Ebay at the mo for about £160.00 all in.

Does the Pure Freedom RO have a tap for back flushing, similar to the RO-MAN model?

Thanks for all the info.

I'll give Pure Freedom a call.  Their system looks good value. :)
