Can you baffle a 1000ltr IBC tank?
-
Yes but I wouldnt do it.
Ive seen some real death traps using IBC's in vans. They are meant to be carried on great big 40 tonne wagons. NOT 3 tonne vans.

Yes
Use land drainage pipe
bought from your local buiders merchant
have done mine and have even done a 650 ltr tank that is baffled in my other van

Thanks Andy - do you cut the pipe into lengths and wedge them in?
How did you do yours?
Thanks ;D

Hi Mate
before mounting the ibc in the van i just coiled it into the tank
it was a litte difficult towards the end otf the coil but what a differance ,
I now get no movement of water
just make sure you get all the lose llttle cuts of plastic out of the tube

Did you fill the tank or just put a certain length in?
-
you can buy it in two lenghts for the ibc you will need the larger one
sorry but i can't think of the size it comes in .
Just stuff it in and mount the tank
I run a transporter and can carry 700ltrs , more than enough for a day
