Title: Herbal Tea Stain

Hello, hope someone can help.

I visited a custy today who has a lovely new carpet but has spilt some herbal tea on it... cream wool carpet and stain is brown.

Has used 1001 on it  :o :o :o  and says that it is not as bad as it was but is still visible.

Has had another cc out who said that the pile had burst... doesn't look like it to me, just looks like they have rubbed a bit hard on the new carpet which has brought out some of the fibres.

Any advice on what can/should be done please?

Hi,
If it has had 1001 on it and another carpet cleaner has damaged the fibres by rubbing, also not sure what they have tried using, i would probably walk away
