The old single paned leaded glass you have to be carefull with, some can be very brittle as with any very old glass. I do an old 18 something school house that leaks through the glass, but the customer goes behind cleaning the insides.

I only ever use wfp on lead Glass, But agree the older style single panes do tend to leak. Just be careful if its a first clean with waterfed as the prop be loads of old soap suds behing the lead so just rinse loads for first few cleans
