Title: Ovens

I have today cleaned out my oven. Is there anything out there that i can put into a bowl, put in the metal oven shelves and supports, and just take them out and they will all be nice and clean?? I have today tried Bicarbonate of soda and it worked well, but still lots of scrubing!

caustic soda but mined it can burn.........but good stuff  ;) ;)
