Clean It Up

hi all got a supermarket to clean today when the store closes at 4, have to clean the ceiling of an external canopy that runs around the shop which is constucted with that vinyl coated steel that has a slight grain to it.
Going to apply detergent then rinse with wfp.
Anybody done anything simalar, have you any tips.
