They're not on offer now, sadly. They seem to pop up second hand from time to time though, both on here and on ebay. I got mine from someone on here for £100 - needs a coat of paint and it's as new. Keep your eye out and something will come up.

Bill you only need a hose reel if your operating a truckmount or van mounted portable. Have you upgraded?
-
i have an extracta excell i leave it on the van . i have quite a long hose thinking of adding extension to do house carpets i mainly do cars with it but need to expand into house market.i drive a nissan vannet 5 seater would like to keep the back tidy i carry a lot of car cleaning things i think hose reel will help i suppose it takes a lot of room its self

You'd be pushing it operating an Excell from the van. Its twin vac and only has a 100 psi pump. Might cope with lounge and hall but will struggle any further.
-
Forget it your vans too small. Buy some hose bags they hold 50ft each.
And take your extracter nearer the house youll get better results.

i agree. 4 hose bags would be half the size of the reel alone.
