Don't mean to be cheeky but I suspect what you are referring to is KarnDean flooring - don't know much about it except that its expensive. Not even sure if its a vinyl or a tile!
Try google

hi there
when people have karndean fitted, they will usually get a maintenance pack left with them, containing a stripper, sealer, and a maintainer cleaner.
check karndean themselves for a spec.
karndean, is a form of flexible floor, displayiny vinyl like qualities, but comes in many differing guises.

karndean is a vinyl tile mimics other types of flooring ie wood strip slate etc cleaning depends on how it has previously been maintained as a general rule to clean apply karndean stripper allow to dwell roary scrub with red pad wet vac off & repeat untill floor is clean rinse thoroughly wet vac off .apply karndean seal allow to dry apply further coats allowing floor to dry between coats. as I say this is a general guide it can get a bit complicated so if in doubt dont do it

If it is new Karndean you will find that you will need to use Karndean products for warranty issues. I have just completed 3 shops with Karndean flooring, you will need a product called Dimglo (comes in 5 litres) to seal it. 2 coats normally does the trick. I found the Dimglo quite good as most polishes make the floor too shiny.
