Title: epoxy tile grout

Hi,

Just started a new office  clean and the reception area has epoxy tile grout on ceramic floor tiles, any idea how to remove this if at all possible?

forgive my ignorance, but I am sure I have removed this type before using an amazing piece of machinary called a screwdriver!! Have you tried using somthing like a wall paper scraper? It should just crumble off easily. Sorry if I am wrong..
