We use an old knackered WFP brush and pole and then apply using this. Mix the solution in a bucket and dip and scrub away. Then we attach to the water and rinse of. This way we dont contaminate any other equipment. The head is then wrapped in a sealable large sandwich bag to stop drips etc....
Hope this help.

Thanks Trev - and to ask a bit more -
I understand there are different types of tfr - if so what ratio's do you use?

malc, just buy the ready to use one from machine mart i think about £4.99.
that will do you for about 7 cons cleans. first thing spray 0n 5min later ready
to clean. job done dont take less than £25 for a small roof and up to £90
for a full clean including gutters. one more thing malc use there water then
finish with pure.

5litre garden sprayer with a connection and a flow control valve on the end of the sprayer hose, then connect an old WFP to it and then you're able to reach as far as your old WFP will extend.

I wasn't advocating that anyone buy the sprayer from garden4less I was merely answering the question of "HOW DO YOU APPLY tfr TO CON ROOFS?" I personally bought a 3l sprayer that was on offer at my local garden centre for £9.99 which I thought was good value, it is also a hozelock sprayer so a good make too.
