Title: a big thank you
Post by: billozz on May 28, 2007, 08:02:03 pm
we would like to say a big thanks to jeff brimble and gazHh20, today we used a couple of brushes out of fishing poles that worked very well, we could not believe how light they were to use, jeff helped with some info on how to put them toghether and gazz got the brushes to us very quickly, also had some help from davew as well he directed us to jeff.
i will post some pics soon of the poles so that all can see how they turned out.
its nice to have a place that you can come to and get good helpful advice which also save syou a lot of money.
thanks very much indeed to all of the above
Bill & Shaun

As Matt would say, Why thank you sir.... and Madam
You will find that the fishing poles are great for ladies as well as the rest of us plebs.

Well done Billoz, just don't tread on them like I did! Using Jeffs ideas is the cheapest, lightest way. I've got a couple of extenders and an expensive Superlight but my favorite is always my cheap carbon fishing pole with a Gaz swivel and a Bently superlight brush. Try doing guttercleans with a Glassfibre 24' pole - knackering!
