Does anyone know where I can purchase a drip tray for my hose reel?
Needs to be between 11-14 inches (28-36cm) wide by 18-30" long (45-76cm)
I've tried the gardening websites but the trays are too wide.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Steve ;)

What about a litter tray for cats? Would that fit the bill?

Have used a plastic Hozebox reel for 19 months now and it never leaks, turn your pressure down.

Just tried it. Large one from Wilkinsons works fine.
Thanks for the idea.

I use a portable hose reel (not fixed) so the leak only happens when it is disconnected in the back of the van. I appreciate that fixed hose reels do not need to be disconnected but I found this method of operation less flexible and less secure (working with the doors open).

hi steve i had the same problem and solved it with a length of hose and a 99p sandwich box.
cut a hole in the lid of the box and connect the short length of hose to the reel when in the van the water gose from the reel in the box and just empty at the end of the day,no slops,no mess job done.
hope this helps mate.

I'll see how I go with the tray 1st. If it doesn't work then I'll try your idea.
Thanks

Glad the idea worked. But I like the idea of the sandwich box too.
