Title: CSCS - what's it about

Just got offered some work from my dad'd mate who is the Regional Director of a construction company.

The only thing is they require CSCS cards for all employes who will be on site.  The only thing is, as it is not regular work, we will get people in as and when we need them.

Can anyone help
