Title: Help Needed

Hi all
Well today I have got potentially my first big commercial customer. It is a large block of 40+ flats.
I never contacted them they saw me cleaning a house opp and a lady came out asking me to pop in when I had finished!!
Now I have 1 million public liability insurance will this be enough??
Also I have to take in my quote, insurance, a risk ass and method statement ??? ???
I do not have a risk ass or method statement so can anyone email me one for me to adjust?

I've found with commercial a lot of the time we get asked if we are insured (we are up to 2 mill - upgrading to 5mill next month) - so we tell them yes we are, up to 2 mill, not once have we been asked to prove it!

Now I'm in no way saying to bluff - I reckon we should all be insured, but some of the time its just waffle.
