Title: builders clean advise......

 Hi,

  Ive got a job to quote for which consists of a builders clean to 80 cottages
its one of those prince charles villages that he keeps building.

 I`ve only done a few builders cleans about ten years ago whilst working for someone else, what i`m after is a few heads up on the little things I should be looking for that you only pick up once you been doing it a while,

like the first summer clean I did in a school, I priced it thought it was going well, until we spent 2 days picking gum of the bottom of tables :o

all suggestions appreciated.

are any of the cottages finished?
if so have a good luck round one of them to see what state they are being left in before you clean them
