£11.50 x 10hrs = £115 per week x 56weeks ( 52 year plus 4 holiday)=£6440 per annum % 12 = £536.66 per month

I do not mention hrs when I quote as I am quoting on the job not the length of the cleaners visit, when quoting I just send the quote and covering letter advising that upon confirmation of acceptance of our quote we shall prepare a site pack to include:

health and safety policy
environmental policy
policy of intent
quality control policy
data protection policy
equal opportunity's policy
coshh sheets
insurance certificate
office/staff contact details
staff training record
risk assessment
site safety questionnaire
cleaning specification

I`m based in devon so the price may vary in other areas although round here it seems to be quite happy at around £11.50-£14.50per hour for commercial work.

hope this helps  ;D
