Title: upvc cleaners?

Probably been asked several times but what do you people use on stained frames and sills? I find cheap as chips Wilkinsons upvc cream perfectly adequate for downstairs sills and frames. B&Q sell various types too, some at six pounds a bottle. Is there a perfect cleaner out there that could be applied with a brush then wfp off?

If it's badly stained then the only thing I find will get it off is a upvc solvent cleaner, much stronger than any cream type.
