As you go cause when you start usung most customers will say something like "YOU'VE LEFT ME WINDOWS WET" so better of explaining the process then a leaflet.

I preferred to pre-notify them myself.  It's a bit of a culture shock for some of them.   :)
It didn't stop me losing a few though.

Most desent customers will give it a chance,if they do and they don`t have problem windows you`ll be ok.Just do em don`t go overboard on the explanation thing as far as they know that`s the way window`s are cleaned these days.

Just get stuck in but have a simply put explanation leaflet with you for the ones that are in when you do the windows.

If you go overboard with long winded leaflets all you will do is alert the customers and a pound to a penny when you fisrt do them WFP they will check the windows over with a fine toothcomb.

When I take new custys on I dont even tell them how they will be done. Its amazing because the ones that arent in dont EVER complain.
