Afghanistan and Morocco are pretty good (so I'm told) .

I'm the cheapest in Scotland but have just delivered a huge batch in England. Soon will be doing across the whole of the UK but have to sort one or two things yet. But through me the bill will be with no vat so you can put the whole expense through your accounts.
