Title: Commercial Questions
Post by: geefree on May 22, 2007, 09:11:59 am
Hi,

Can you experienced guys please give a little insight in the questions that may be asked when putting in for commercial work,

Do you get all the risk assessment stuff to the same degree even with wfp ?

I only have a couple of small low paid offices and they simply said "yes when can you start "etc

its really so i dont look silly and can be ready with answers etc

cheers guys.

Gary.

I have a couple of comercial jobs and they never asked for method statements ect...

I printed a couple off and sent them in. Just to cover me.

Looks better.

Each contract generally will have a set of standard proceedures to follow:

Risk Assessment
Method Statement
Health & Safety Policy
Written Quotation
Copies of Employers and Public Liability Insurance.

You may get asked to include on larger contracts:

Financial Accounts
VAT Registration Details
