Title: computor programme

can anyone recommend a programme for scheduling   visits  for domestic cleaning, its becoomming a bit tricky,
some clients having weekly, fortnightly,or monthy visits also some cleaners working 10 hrs , 15 hrs and 20 hrs weekly, etc, we have not messed up yet, but we are getting busier and im finding it diffilcult  to plan more than 1 week ahead

hi there,

if you have ms office, then why not utilise a calender function from Outlook for this.

you have the ability to instantly set up repeating appts, and also the time when the reminder is highligted to you.

its just a thought as a possible cheaper alternative to purchasing more software.

I use microsoft outlook. i find it a very useful tool and easy to use   Paul
