I spray mine over with TFR then rince off after about five mins.

Why use your pure water. when i rince off gutters, fascia & sofits i hook up onto their outside tap. Even when i do con roofs i use TFR & only do a good final rince with pure water.

Thats where i got it from.

Like Bazz said none caustic.

Best way to apply it is a spray bottle, leave for 5 mins then start cleaning. The dirt will fall off.
