IS it always either Hydrophobic or hydrophilic or can it be 'normal' glass which does not have either of these two properties ie sheet or bead the water.
Thanks

im no expert with this, but in my experience with windows the glass either sheets or beads, iv never seen the glass react in any other way. however i have noticed that a number of my windows seem to carry both of these properties, ie the glass will sheet in the middle of the pane but beads at the sides. when the glass is like this i rinse as if the whole pane is glass that beads

I asked that question because in this document there appears to be three types of glass with the third option being 'Normal or standard glass'. I was not aware of there being any other type apart from the two stated.
Thanks
