These 2 buisness's seem to be the same seller yet give different reasons for selling?

There are similarities between the 2 listings, but at least he is registered as a business seller, most sellers on Ebay list as private which gets right up my nose when their clearly trade.

I brought some bits from a seller after asking if he could supply a vat receipt to which he answered yes, after hitting the buy it now button he replied that he couldn't provide a vat receipt but as I had purchased the parts I was legally obliged to pay for them or negative feedback would be left.

After checking his completed items for the last 90 days it turned out that he was turning over £2500-3000 a week on there so I said not a problem I'll take the negative comment and pass your details on to customs and excise, at which point he decided I could have the parts with a 20% discount no vat and free postage, strange some people  ;D
