I know that a lot of guys on this Site, say Rinse, Rinse, Rinse.
I have found that if you give the frames and Windows a really good washing down the rinsing is almost unnecessary ie. going over the panes at least twice.
For peace of mind if you have washed well, then just go over the Glass from top to bottom in a snake like pattern, done!.

When I first started I used to rinse them to death.  Woodley's right, you don't need to, the water coming out of the brush rinses enuff on its own.  as long as you get a nice flow going over the glass you will be alright 90% of the time.  You'll get to know the bad 10 % as you go, and you'll know to rinse longer on them.

spot on woodley , even though i fairly new to wfp, thats just how i do it now,... it took a while to realise that if you give a good wash with plenty water too, its also being rinsed, at the same time,

then a final once over does the trick, well no complaints so far  ;)
