Ive been asked to clean a carpet where there is a massive (and i do mean massive!)hot chocolate/cocoa stain!Mixed in also the customer thinks,is a coffee stain too.
Im thinking of letting the enzymes do the work first (mixed in with traffic lane cleaner)then removing..then using tannin remover afters..before thoroughly hwe.
Ami going about it the right way?Any advice further ??
Cheers all!!

Hi,
I would apply stainpro allow dwell time and extract with fabric & fibre rinse.
Then i would use browning prescription or coffee stain remover (mixed 1-1 with water) if browning prescription, apply and leave for 20 mins, then extract again.

I'd rinse it with freshwater and have a look at it. then I'd dab it with a cloth soaked with M/S and see if there's any transfer,
then start at the bottom then work up.

thanks chaps...wouldnt recommend the enzymes then?

Enzymys are great, but you have to use them on their own. Mixing will negate the enzymatic effect.

If its wool I would use nemesis super that will remove the stain
