Title: Water Fed Poles for Domestic. Required or Not.

I was in my local DIY store at weekend and saw this streak free window cleaning method from Etore.

The cost including pole is £40.

The question I am asking is with the special solution provided by Etore do you really need a Water Fed Pole to get streak free windows.

As I understand the main reaso for using a Waterfed pole is saftey and speed.

I would guess you could buy the Etore equipment cheaper elswhere.

WELL i dont think so, you get what you pay for, it would just not last 5mins, if it was that good we would all be buying it but is not, I'm just about to pay out 50'000 on 2 WFP System but will make me 4000 a week.

Also been in B & Q today and all the Etorre T bars with sleeves were priced down to a fiver, absolute bargain nearly bought em all but moving to wfp system so no point

yes buying a WFP System was the best business move i make. ;)

What would you pro's consider to be the minimum pole starter system to reliably carry out general domestic work?

A list of gear would be useful - hope I'm not asking too much  :)  but here's a thanks in anticipation :-*

I went onto the Ettore site, a Company that I believe is a leading Window Cleaner Supplier in US and it said that most Window Cleaners use a pole system to clean upstairs windows for saftey reasons. Therfore their product should be made to last.

There apears to be lots of variations for angles etc just with waterfed pole.

They were not talking about Waterfed poles.

What I want to know is can you get  good results cleaning windows this way.
Ettore says windows 100% streak free
Not knocking waterfed poles just wondering if this is an alternitive safe method.

How does 2 WFP system cost £50,000? Are u buying new vans to fit them in.
