Title: leavers hol pay

please could someone tell me if i have done this correctly?

contracted 3 hours per week, entitled to 4 weeks hol per year.

12 hours hol per year allowed.

employee leaves after 5 weeks, 12 hrs or (720 mins)/52 weeks = 13.85 approx 15 mins per week accrued.

15 mins x 5 weeks = 1hr 15 mins due.

long way around probably, but does it sound right?

Sounds close enough I got 1.15 hrs or 1 hr 9 min.

I use (hrs) x (weeks) x 0.077
