Hi, im Bob. I've been a shiner lads for over 40 years now. Any thing you need to know just ask. I will be more than happy to help in any way I can. I went from manual scrimming to 'the pole system' 8 years ago. One of the first you know! I have been there and done it all. I qualified in High rise skilled craine work on a course with a London based training group 26 years ago but much prefer the basics of keeping touch with the people, face to face if you know what I mean. None of this here's your pay pack for the month. I like meeting different ones every day in the comfort of their home. But as I say I have done it all, so if you want any questions answered you know where to come. Cheers
