hi can anyone tell me how to clear out 3rd floor gutters, how can i get up to the 3rd floor on some flats and how would you price it up.Got to blocks to price up?
-
gutter vacum but not sure how high them things go up. i would price very highly. i would charge about £200 for each block if there the ones with four flats on each floor.
-
be very cautious about buying gutter vacumn we bought one last year they are not what they are cracked up to be and very expensive.
-
The safest way must be with a Cherry Picker, but you probably didnt want to hear that or ?.
There is no way a Gutter Vac system would work effeciently at that height, the weight would be too much and you would have real problems getting it between the Gutters and Tiles.
A ladder would work, but would be REAL work.
If you cant use a cherry picker and/or its too expensive, then leave it well alone.
-
price it for ladder work, and also price it do have someone footing you at all times,
or if your adventurous, just buy a tripple and go it alone,

Not true, as I've got a gutter vacuum and can clean three stories with no problems.
