Title: gutter clearance help

hi can anyone tell me how to clear out 3rd floor gutters,how can i get up to the 3rd floor on some flats and how would you price it up.Got to blocks to price up?

gutter vacum but not sure how high them things go up. i would price very highly. i would charge about £200 for each block if there the ones with four flats on each floor.

be very cautious about buying gutter vacumn we bought one last year they are not what they are cracked up to be and very expensive.

The safest way must be with a Cherry Picker, but you probably didnt want to hear that or ?.
There is no way a Gutter Vac system would work effeciently at that height, the weight would be too much and you would have real problems getting it between the Gutters and Tiles.
A ladder would work, but would be REAL work.
If you cant use a cherry picker and/or its too expensive, then leave it well alone.

price it for ladder work, and also price it do have someone footing you at all times,

or if your adventurous, just buy a tripple and go it alone,

Not true, as I've got a gutter vacuum and can clean three stories with no problems.
