pricing depends on where you are in the country and what the local market will stand. as a rough idea £2 to £3 per square metre for clean and resand . with experience you can price a job better and quickly by estimating completion time at your hourly rate and add on travel and materials. or day rate foe larger jobs.

to do pressure washing professionally you need good kit. petrol washer at 250bar 16l per minute minimum. turbo lance .fan lance possibly flat surface cleaner wet vac. plus experience.

1500 to 2000 should get you up and running. a wet vac is just a large vaccumm cleaner that can suck up mud and water, useful for jobs with poor or no drainage cos you will be using about 4 gallons every minute.  got my gear from a company called tech clean. give them a ring and ask for Jan. she will give you all the info yhou need about prices and what you need to set up
