Hi all,

We are currently looking to purchase established rounds in the south and south west.

If you have too much, or are thinking of replacing a number of your customers, then we would be very interested.

If you know of anyone who maybe thinking of selling or looking for new rounds then please pass our details on.

Question for WCR Ltd:


I live in Devon and would like to know:

If you are canvassing work for window cleaners how high a price rate do you quote to interested potential customers who are 'homeowners' (NOT tenants) for semi's and detached only houses and commercially to businesses for a regular window cleaning service which you would then sell on to window cleaners wishing to purchase from your limited company.

Also when you are canvassing potential customers on behalf of window cleaners wishing to purchase ready made rounds do you knowingly undercut existing homeowners who presently have a window cleaner in order to complete a round in a set location to sell on?

We provide a reliable service to the end user, to the window cleaner we also provide only 100% agreed customers, who are happy with the price we have quoted which in turn the end user commits to a yes in agreeing that the window cleaner can start.

We vet all of the window cleaning companies we undertake business with, ie criminal record, fully insured and making sure you and your business fits the profile that your potential customer is expecting.

We never under price or poach other work, unless the end user (homeowner/tenant) agrees that our service we promise is meeting there need and that there current slob of a window cleaner is not.

We target properties that are one million pounds upwards, because we give them what they want, that is a Window cleaner who will provide the best service available.

Commercial work is something we can obtain.

We are not the normal window cleaning canvassers who make the quick buck, we are a marketing company, who will only work with businesses that meet our standards.
