Title: anyone willing to train???
Post by: lea_kay on May 10, 2007, 07:26:11 pm
Hey guys do any of you cover commercial kitchen cleans and if you do, would you be willing to have an apprentice for the day?
I would be willing to offer 8hrs hard graft learning the grease duct cleaning secrets so that i can incorporate it into my portfolio.
or does anyone know of any training courses available for this type of cleaning.
:) pretty please! :P

Not being funny but in my opinion you will need a lot more training than 8 hours to learn the ins and out of a commercial kitchen deep clean take it from me it can prove a real mine field....and very expensive to rectify misteaks etc, sorry to be negative, just be careful

I understand and my background is industrial deep and commercial deep cleaning. However i have never actually been involved in cleaning of grease ducts as i have always been doing the donkey work on the extractor hood and filters.
So i am looking for someone to watch as they cleaning the grease ducting.
I appreciate your reply and i understand fully the implications of mucking up which is why i am apealing for help.
