Title: HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Good day to everyone. For the first time in my window cleaning career i have been asked for a health and safety policy, I did have one saved some where but cant find it  >:( and don't really know where to start writing one.

If some one could email one to me it would be very much appreciated.
