had a call from a friend who used a local cleaner to clean his cream carpets and now they have dried they have left brown stains and he rang me to find out how or what it was and what he could do to remove it any suggestions as it will probobly mean me going down to do it for him! ???

How did he use it?
Do they have pets?
Do they have children?
