Title: white paint on chalk building

I have been approached by someone who is considering having white paint removed from the front of his chalk faced property. He asked me whether i would be able to wash it off but i am unsure whether this would work. What i am wondering is whether a sand blasting kit for my pressure washer would be the answer. Has anyone ever used one of these and how effective are they ???

you can pressure wash it off TENSID do a chemical paint stripper brush it on then powerwash it off it might need two applications.
