tendering for contracts ???

I've received information about a local authorities  cleaning contracts up for tender and am not familiar with the bidding process.  Any ideas on software that could be used........?  I am asked to price over 300 properties (estate cleaning).

hi there

the tender document, should walk you through the format in which the council are looking for the reply.

with regard to the number of properties,

you will need to visit them.

BEWARE of tupe, you will find that most of the sites already are staffed.

with regard to software.  not going to be a help really

its a lot of work, to submit the tender and to visit the sites.

the questins you should ask is....

how many companies are in the tender process ??

the authority will be looking to make economic savings, i expect from previus experience that profit margins will be tight.
